  eFax charges a one-time activation fee when you create a new account. This is billed immediately at signup, separate from your first month.

• $0.10/page overage

  Every page over your monthly limit is billed at $0.10. A 10-page fax that puts you over your limit adds $1.00 to that month's bill. No warning. Just a larger charge at billing.

• International surcharges

  Faxes sent to international numbers carry per-page surcharges on top of the standard rate. The exact amount varies by country and is not prominently disclosed during signup.

• Annual commitment required for lower prices
