Never. Credits purchased in any pack are yours to keep with no expiration date.

What counts as one credit?

One credit = one fax up to 10 pages. An 11-page document uses 2 credits.

Do credits include logo branding?

No. Credits include sending and an optional standard cover page. Custom logo branding is included with Basic and Pro subscriptions.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime from your billing settings. No cancellation fee.

Is my document stored?

Never. Your document is streamed directly to our fax provider and deleted the moment transmission completes or fails. We do not retain your files.
