Do unused FaxDrop credits expire?
Purchased credit pack credits do not expire. Monthly included credits reset each billing period.
What counts as one FaxDrop credit?
One purchased or subscription credit equals one fax of up to 10 uploaded pages. An 11-page upload uses 2 credits.
Do purchased credit packs include logo branding?
No. Purchased credit packs include sending and an optional standard cover page. Custom logo branding is included with Basic and Pro subscriptions.
Can I cancel my FaxDrop subscription?
Yes, anytime from your billing settings. No cancellation fee.
What currency does FaxDrop charge in?
FaxDrop prices are listed in USD, and new Checkout purchases are charged in USD. If your card uses another currency, your card issuer may show its own currency conversion or international fee on your statement.
Do I need Pro to use the FaxDrop API?
No. Every signed-in account can create API keys. Browser and API sends use the same purchased and monthly included account credits, and normal account limits still apply.
